Name: Special Keys Disabler Version: final release 1.10a (1.10.1111) Description: A user-friendly freeware utility program that can enable and disable the special keys combinations in Windows 9x. It disables the special keys combinations like ctrl+alt+del and alt+tab. This program prevents the user to use those keys combinations permanently, thus preventing improper restarting or shutdown of the computer. Unfortunately, it also disables the windows and the menu key.
